Liz is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in CT, MA, NH, NY, and RI. Liz has more than 12 years of experience as an APRN and has worked in family medicine, urgent care, substance abuse, vascular surgery and complex geriatric care settings. She is a decorated Army combat veteran. Liz holds a B.A. in English and M.S. in Administrative Studies from Boston College, a B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Regis College. She has a passion for geriatrics with a focus on prevention, complex chronic disease management and quality of life for providers and patients. She is a dedicated provider with extensive knowledge and experience in complex care management and uses skills for improvement of care in all levels of the healthcare delivery system. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and pets, hiking, exercising, camping, gardening, canning and baking.

Theresa O’Doherty is a Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in CT, MA, NH, NY, and RI. Theresa has more than ten (10) years of experience as an APRN and has worked in FQHC’s, VA specializing in family medicine, urgent care, substance abuse, complex geriatric care and surgical oncology. Theresa has received specialized training in hospice/palliative care, Alzheimer’s research, dermatology and woman’s health. She is a retired Army Non-Commissioned officer and decorated combat veteran. Theresa holds a A.S. in science from Mount Wachusett Community College, B.A. in English from Boston College, B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Regis College. She is specialty trained in alternative medicine modalities, hospice/palliative care, Alzheimer’s research, dermatology and woman’s health. She is a retired Army Non-Commissioned officer and decorated combat veteran. Theresa has a passion for advancing the delivery of healthcare during changing times, while providing provider support and improving access to high quality modernized care for patients. Her hobbies include spending time with her children, family and friends, exercising, gardening, cooking and traveling the world.

Chris brings with him a 25-year track record of leadership within healthcare and other professions. Since becoming a Registered Nurse over ten (10) years ago, and stepping into healthcare leadership shortly thereafter, he has developed a passion for clinical operations and has worked tirelessly to provide balance to the work- lives of clinicians on his team. Chris holds an A.S. in nursing from Mount Wachusett Community College and B.S. in nursing from University of Phoenix. Chris is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys overcoming the challenges the healthcare landscape presents today. His hobbies include spending time with his family, exploring nature, and traveling.

Leadership Values.

The owners are siblings, and the sisters are female combat veteran Nurse Practitioners, who both have experience in a wide range of primary, acute, urgent, palliative and long-term care medical facilities for different age groups with varying medical issues. They have held senior level management positions in a large health care organizations. They have extensive experience in global healthcare, behavioral health, addiction medicine and complex care management.

The owners are familiar with the major EHRs (Epic, Meditech, CPRS [VA], NextGen, Allscripts, Athena). They are technically competent and willing to learn new technologies.

Due to their military family and personal experience around the world, they are culturally competent and highly compassionate caregivers.

They are extensively trained in disaster preparedness.

They are motivated, creative, family-oriented, hard-working individuals.

They have taught at UMASS-Lowell, the Mass College of Pharmacy, Boston College, Regis College and have been adjunct faculty in several other institutions.

They volunteer their time in local organizations in their community they live.
